AT-TH series

This machine designed for Camless multi-axes twin head rotating operation, by using high-speed servo motor, can offer high production speed and precise multi purposed spring forming. Tools at all positions can be adjusted by program without need to adjust its position manually. Compared to traditional Cam and Camless forming machines, it offers easy program and genuine multi-axes Camless operation so that operator can greatly save set-up time. Moreover, without 2nd hook operating unit, it can actuate various spring forming and wire forming. Each axis can control up to minimum 0.01 degree of angling value at high speed. It has Window-XP based computer so that operation and maintenance can be easy. All the movement and position can be adjusted by changing program. Due to that function, operator can be very convenient in set up any kinds of spring forming. At the MPG AUTO MODE, it offers checking produced products, editing the data of program and continuous working to next block. It has twin head rotating system and its both beads can move right, left, up and down. With just attaching tools to the tool holders, there is no need to be adjusted manually to change the position of tools.
